Pol founded STEP Management in 2023 to address the gap in the Iberian small and lower middle-market, specializingin M&A across various sectors.

His career counts with over 10 years of experience in fundraising, investment, asset management and corporate strategy and development.

Throughout his career, among other roles, Pol led the Special Situations investment and asset management team at Urban Input Group, a Spanish leading multi-strategy investment and asset management company. In this role he contributed to invest c.€200m in equity value on behalf of several institutional capital partners across the Iberian geography between 2014 and 2023.

Pol holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from UPC and an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School.

He speaks English, Spanish, Catalan with advanced knowledge of German and French.
